1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Rugbuster platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service. The Service is operated by Rugbuster ("we", "us", "our"). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you are not prohibited from using the Service under any applicable law or regulation.

3. Description of Service

Rugbuster is a blockchain analytics and monitoring platform for the Solana network. The Service provides:

  • Real-time token monitoring and rug pull detection
  • Wallet tracking and trading signal analysis
  • On-chain data visualization (charts, market data)
  • Entity and pattern analysis tools
  • Educational content (courses, guides)

The Service does NOT provide financial advice, investment recommendations, or portfolio management. All information is provided for educational and analytical purposes only.

4. Account & Authentication

Access to the Service requires authentication via Telegram Login Widget. By logging in, you authorize us to receive your Telegram user ID, username, and profile photo from Telegram. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account. We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your Telegram account.

5. Subscription & Payments

The Service offers tiered subscription plans with pricing denominated in USD and payable in SOL (Solana native token). By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Payments are made on-chain by sending SOL to a designated deposit wallet address
  • The SOL/USD exchange rate is determined at the time of payment initiation and may fluctuate
  • Blockchain transactions are irreversible — once a payment is confirmed on-chain, it cannot be reversed or refunded
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring the correct amount is sent to the correct address
  • Subscription access is granted upon on-chain payment verification and expires at the end of the subscription period

6. Refund Policy

Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, all payments are final and non-refundable. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: early cancellation, dissatisfaction with the Service, or failure to use the Service during the subscription period. We may, at our sole discretion, offer pro-rata credits in exceptional circumstances.

7. Non-Custodial Nature

Rugbuster is a non-custodial platform. We do not hold, manage, or have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet funds. Deposit wallets used for subscription payments are generated for payment verification purposes only. You retain full control and responsibility over your personal wallets at all times. We are not responsible for any loss of funds, tokens, or digital assets from your personal wallets.

8. Risk Disclaimer

CRYPTOCURRENCY AND BLOCKCHAIN ACTIVITIES INVOLVE SUBSTANTIAL RISK. BY USING THE SERVICE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT:

  • The value of digital assets is highly volatile and can result in total loss of investment
  • Past performance, signals, or analytics provided by the Service do not guarantee future results
  • Smart contract interactions carry inherent risks including bugs, exploits, and rug pulls
  • The regulatory environment for digital assets is evolving and may affect your ability to use the Service
  • You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions and any resulting financial outcomes

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or sanction
  • Engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or fraudulent activity
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent security measures of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Create multiple accounts or share subscription access with unauthorized users
  • Scrape, crawl, or automate access to the Service without authorization

10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including software, algorithms, analytics, designs, text, graphics, and educational materials — are the exclusive property of Rugbuster and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes during your active subscription.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RUGBUSTER, ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF DIGITAL ASSETS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

12. Service Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. The Service may be subject to downtime for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control (including blockchain network congestion, third-party API failures, or force majeure events). We will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruptions but shall not be liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including limitation of liability, risk disclaimers, and intellectual property) shall survive.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Paris, France.
